    Neenah is growing and we are actively searching for an experienced Graphic Designer to add to our corporate team in Alpharetta, GA. This requires an individual with CPG company experience to focus on shopper driven insights, POP, merchandising and retail solutions. Additionally, the Graphic Designer supports and implements the conceptual, stylistic design, and art direction for all packaging, printed marketing collateral, advertising and online creative materials that reflect Brand Identity for all Neenah Brands both B2C (Astrobrights, Southworth, & Neenah Social Brands) and B2B (All of Neenah’s Fine Paper & Packaging Brands). Qualified candidates will have experience in creating digital assets using HTML as well as a background in responsive email development and coding.

    Responsibilities

    Scope:

    • Creates graphic designs for Neenah’s B2C & B2B Projects.
    • Participates in all creative projects from concept and design to production.
    • Works closely with the Marketing Teams and Internal Clients to create graphics for printed collateral, promotional and advertising pieces, packaging, retail solutions including but not limited to point of purchase, in store displays, merchandisers and digital assets for on-line marketing needs.
    • Supports FPP’s Design Department to drive cost savings via internal creative projects and customer intimacy/revenue via customer driven design solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    Implements the development and application of visual identity and brand experiences across touch points, with executional excellence.

    • Implements the Creative Brand Identity and ensures consistent execution across all marketing touchpoints
    • Provides world class design for all promotional and advertising sales support materials for brand or channel marketing materials both printed and on-line.

    Collaborates with both print & web agency partners, photographers, pre-press technicians, printers, and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project.

    • Participates in planning and art direction for photo or video shoots
    • Available to travel to go on press checks, market visits, and attend trade-shows

    Supports our premium position with new and enhanced ways to present our creative work to grow our B2C and B2B Fine Paper & Packaging businesses

    • Develops creative ideas to support all growth platforms in the Consumer retail business for our consumers and market leading customers like Target, Wal-Mart, Staples, Office Depot, & Amazon and Commercial/Packaging Business in the areas of Packaging, Digital and Wide Format Inkjet while protecting our Core Writing Text & Cover business.

    Drives cost savings via internal creative projects and customer intimacy/revenue via customer driven Design Solutions

    • Drives cost savings via internal design capabilities including packaging, POP, merchandising and printed collateral, promotional and advertising pieces, online digital assets, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in graphic design or related field required.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CPG creative department either in agency or client side internal creative team with focus on shopper insights for packaging, POP, merchandising and retail solutions required.
    • Experience in creating digital assets using HTML as well as a background in responsive email development and coding is required.
    • Expert technical skills working in Adobe Creative Suite is required.
    • Knowledge of visual theory principles (i.e., composition, color theory, typography etc.)
    • Experience creating graphics with a solid grasp of conceptual thinking
    • Advanced understanding of digital and print ready artwork preparation; bleeds, and related color and image operations
    • Enthusiasm for the design process and attentiveness to different project goals
    • Knowledge of social media trend and experience with traditional and digital marketing tools required.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects; independently or on a cross functional team; to meet deadlines is required.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Up to 5% travel.
