    Neenah is currently searching for a Senior Executive Assistant who will support the VP of Global Sales for our Fine Paper and Packaging Division. To be successful this person must be a very structured, disciplined, and skillful individual who approaches and completes work with strong attention to detail and follow-through. The position requires a communication style that is matter-of-fact, direct, and factual.  This individual should have a temperament which allows them to work with routine or repetitive activities. However, they also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changes in in a fast-paced work environment. The incoming candidate must be able to work well with a broad spectrum of internal and external customers, have good technology acumen along with a proven track record of using discretion with highly confidential information. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, has a sense of urgency to complete tasks and activities on time and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Sales Team Support

    • Coordinate monthly sales team conference calls
    • Assist with regional sales meeting planning
    • Monthly sales team conference call coordination
    • Monthly customer incentive reporting
    • New hire orientation
    • Sales team intranet site maintenance
    • Check requests as needed
    • Responsible for working with internal and external teams to coordinate location, logistics, meals, meeting space, audio visual needs, nightly activities, etc.


    • Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
    • Minimum 2 years of related work experience as an Executive Assistant
    • Demonstrate strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products 
    • Good general knowledge of technology 
    • Knowledge of Oracle ERP, Concur expense management, SUGAR (Customer Relationship Management) and Microsoft SharePoint a plus but not required
    • A professional with strong communications and customer service skills 
    • Exhibits good general business sense and strong judgment
    • High level capability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
    • Very strong attention to detail, accuracy and on time performance
    • Good multi-tasking and project management skills
    • High level of discretion in communications
    • Demonstrates a proactive approach and collaborative style
