We make & sell the highest performance most technologically advanced paper in the world! Our papers are used in everything from the specialty product used to polish phone screens to the label on your favorite pair of jeans.

     

    Neenah, Inc., a growing, 100+ year old, global company, is actively looking for the right sales person to join our Performance Materials Sales team. This role is focused on driving sales of our environmentally friendly vegan leather used in book covers.

    Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do:

    • Manage strategic customer relationships and establish Neenah as the go-to supplier
    • Large account team selling and coordination to drive product specification through the value chain
    • Plan and implement strategy for assigned geographic territory – this position is targeted for the mid-west
    • Collaborate across the organization to help grow business. Team directly with Customer Service, Marketing, and Planning
    • Meaningfully differentiate Neenah products in the market place as “desired, not required”

     

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Need:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
    • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
    • Open minded and a willingness to learn
    • Competitive and focused on achieving goals
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
    • 2-5 years B2B sales experience. Recent MBA grads with prior sales experience will be considered.
