    Neenah is actively searching for a Sales and Supply Chain Analyst to join our Performance Materials Supply Chain team. This requires an experienced individual who is comfortable with data, enjoys working on projects and has a natural curiosity to continue to learn.     Manage Projects, leverage technology, and build new capabilities that drive increased sales revenue, provide better data insights, improve service, and reduce costs.

    • Identify potential gaps in our processes and capabilities; develop and implement corrective action plans across the business.
    • Continuously improve processes, ensuring relevance to each business partner, and drive value through insights and outputs.
    • Review and clean source data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Create a sustainable approach to data management and maintain health of the system.
    • Update and improve the S&OP Process by consolidating global information and creating reports to improve the visibility of our collective business.
    • Act as point of contact with IT; manage a pipeline of technology projects that will lead our technology position.
    • Participate in acquisition integrations and support other growth initiatives in the PM business.
    • Actively support and live the Neenah culture that thrives on experimentation and continuously challenges our ability to achieve higher results.

    Subject Matter Expert in Business Intelligence reporting system

    • Create an automated system and process for basic/ongoing standard requests to increase efficiency and reduce resources.
    • Develop dashboards and provide assistance to end users with creation of Ad hoc reports.
    • Lead and coordinate training for the sales and marketing teams to broaden our base of expertise in the organization.
    • Automate reports and dashboards to provide insight to business leadership.
    • Lead projects related to Business intelligence such as data integration from acquisitions, lead the implementation of new tools, and continuous improvement of the reporting systems.

    Drive the Demand Planning/Sales Forecasting process

    • Lead the process of preparing, analyzing, and delivering the Demand Planning and Sales Forecast for the Global Performance Materials business. This includes working with global sales teams to produce a 12-month rolling forecast.
    • Review metrics for accuracy and report changes on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
    • Automate sales reporting and demand planning process to improve efficiency.
    • Facilitate the annual budget and five- year planning process to ensure the use of cross functional and aligned demand inputs.

    Production Planning Responsibilities

    • Be an active member of the production planning team by learning the end to end asset planning process. Plan production on assets as needed
    • Improve and standardize current reporting tools and structure (ie) machine loadings, capacity, conformance to plan, on time and in full, line fill, etc...
    • Become a subject matter expert in our item set up process and be the conduit for R&D on the set up of new products


    Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Supply Chain preferred.

    Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Sales with an emphasis in reporting analytics or data analysis.

    Analysis – strength in excel, understand and draw conclusions from data.  Ability to understand downstream impacts of change or new solutions.

    Critical Thinking – natural curiosity to learn more or to dig deeper into a problem, ability to listen, and ask probing questions to determine actual needs.

    Problem Solving Skills – ability to understand the problem, facilitate a share understanding of the problem, and evaluate a range of outcomes.

    Project Management – ability to facilitate cross function meetings, pull themes out of conversations.  Must display confidence.  Must be comfortable communicating to all levels of the organization.  Strong in documentation and knowledge transfer.
