    Neenah is searching for a Graphic Design intern to work closely with the Creative Director, Designer, and Marketing Team to create a variety of in-house and customer-driven design materials. The intern must have a strong design sensibility that will support Neenah’s diverse portfolio of brands and will need to meet both short- and long-term deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the marketing department to support internal marketing initiatives with creative design solutions
    • PRINT: Design layouts for print ads, flyers, fly sheets, invitations, posters, corporate stationery, and internal brand standards
    • PACKAGING: Support the Creative Director with prototyping requests by generating dielines, creating packaging designs, and producing prototyping mock-ups
    • SOCIAL/WEB: Create graphics and design layouts for digital ads, email newsletters, the Neenah homepage, blog, and social media accounts
    • Attend conference calls with industry-leading designers and agencies to learn how to apply design theory to marketing campaigns

    Qualifications

    College Degree or Enrolled in Graduate Graphic Design Program.

    Experience in Print or Design Industry a Plus

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

    Experience creating graphics with a solid grasp of conceptual thinking
    Enthusiasm for the design process and attentiveness to different project goals

    Punctuality, thoroughness, and ability to meet deadlines
