    Neenah is growing and actively searching for an individual to assist Operations and Quality with Oracle related administrative duties as defined below.     Job responsibilities related to ORACLE include, but are not limited to:

    • Cycle count inventory control and BOM adjustments
    • ORACLE corrections
    • Daily ORACLE transactions related to the manufacturing & quality processes
    • Daily ORACLE transaction review
    • Tracking Oracle errors for analysis for improvement and training purposes
    • Eliminating Oracle errors through employee training
    • Facilitate Oracle process improvements with IT and manufacturing
    • Other administrative responsibilities as assigned (examples: training documentation development and file management)


    • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s Degree in Business or related discipline preferred
    • Three to five years demonstrated experience performing high accuracy administrative duties in a fast-paced office or manufacturing environment
    • Demonstrated competence with a variety of computer software programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Experience with ORACLE and or JD Edwards with a competency for correcting errors. (Attention to Detail)
    • Prior experience or demonstrated ability to learn cycle counting and verification techniques.
    • Flexible working schedule required to meet the needs of the business.
