Overview

The Payroll Coordinator will provide payroll detail, time card processing and support for hourly employees for the WI operations consistent with Neenah polices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure time card accuracy, by working with Operational and Human Resource staff to support accurate timecard management
  • Resolve paycheck issues
  • Process USW and United Way payments
  • Remain fluent in union contracts as they pertain to time reporting and wage rates
  • Issue payroll reports
  • Provide payroll entry training to new hires
  • Proactively publish time entry guidelines referencing pay exceptions such as holiday pay, time changes, training, etc.
  • Be actively involved in safety improvement activities by attending meetings, completing zone inspections and other activities as directed
  • Assist with Team projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or related experience in payroll administration
  • Meet deadlines, communicate timely and follow up
  • Be concise, organized
  • Have proven customer service skills while maintaining a confidential work environment
  • Be proactive, and have the desire for process improvement
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Oracle/ERP systems, Ceridian/ ADP, and have intermediate Excel, and Microsoft Office skills
