Neenah Paper continues to grow and is actively recruiting for Mechanical, Chemical and Electrical Engineers for newly created positions.  Positions include Process and Project Engineers, Maintenance Managers and Operations Supervisor roles to support our mill operations in the Midwest and Northeast.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Engineer - Effectively manage mill asset & facility maintenance, while providing facility, equipment, and process support to maximize quality, productivity, and reliability in a safe and effective manner.  The incumbent is responsible for all Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance trades to ensure machine reliability and increase uptime and efficiency. 

 

Process Engineer – Primary focus is to improve efficiencies by providing technical and managerial support to deliver desired results in accordance with mill objectives. Support asset leaders in efforts involving safety, productivity, quality, growth, and cost reduction initiatives. This includes development and implementation of original ideas that accomplish said initiatives.

 

Project Engineer - Provide leadership to effectively execute growth, cost savings and sustaining projects while providing facility, equipment, and process support to maximize quality, productivity, and reliability in a safe and effective manner. 

 

Supervisor - Provide technical support and guidance to paper production crews to meet production and quality goals while emphasizing safe working practices and collaborating with maintenance to optimize equipment.

 

Qualifications

Requirements are dependent upon individual job and location and may include (but are not limited to):

  • BS in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or Paper Science.
  • Minimum 3-7+years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Senior level roles will require additional experience.
  • Supervisory experience and/or a proven track record of successfully leading maintenance, project management, process development and implementation of workable solutions are also desired.
  • Paper Mill, Filtration Operations or Chemical manufacturing experience are highly desirable.
